Cancellation Policy

If you do not need your booked appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can simply cancel your appointment by:

  1. Replying 'NO' to our SMS reminder, or

  2. Call 07 3493 0880 to speak to our staff

** A cancellation fee of $40 will apply if you fail to attend your appointment without adequate cancellation.
